Call to Worship:
L: Is it ever too late for a new birth?
P: Can we start over, at this stage in our lives? Are we too old to begin again?
L: Is it possible to stop dwelling on what has been, and to ponder with hope what is yet to be?
P: Can we truly be born anew, born of the Spirit?
L: God of Abraham and Sarah, whose lives really began only when they were long in years; God for whom death is no obstacle:
P: Make us a new creation once again. Put a new spirit within us. Let us be reborn in your Spirit.
